TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS 

The "Rules of the Road" for using your site and buying tickets.​

  • "All-In" Pricing (US TICKET Act): In compliance with 2026 federal laws, all listed prices for our Paid Gala include all mandatory taxes and fees upfront. No hidden "drip pricing" at checkout.

  • User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your registration login.

  • Prohibited Use: Users may not use automated bots to reserve free tickets or "scrape" our speaker data for commercial use.

  • Digital Tickets: Your QR code is your primary credential. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from third-party mobile wallets or lost digital access.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE T&C DOCUMENT

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
