REFUND POLICY- THE BASICS

Final Sale: All Gala ticket sales are final. Since tickets are limited, we do not offer refunds for "no-shows" or user-side technical errors.

Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), a full refund of the ticket face value will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Transfer Policy: You may transfer your paid ticket to another guest via our portal up to 48 hours before the event.
